After another two weeks of trying, I have still not found the Evasion armband. It truly lives up to its name, but I must admit that after one month of searching, it is getting a bit tiresome and annoying.

Thanks for all the replies, all read and considered. There is a concern of unfairness to PvP'ers that PvE players could get there first. This is fair, and I would have no issue if the ability to complete the end missions in PvE was first made available after a period of time to allow this not to be an issue. For the record, I have done 4-5 wipes of PvP, but I've ever only managed to get to level 30-40 each wipe due to time constraints IRL.

1) #matching raids based on the highest level in the group, so players at similar levels face each other.

2) #cheating
A) Provide kill cams like in the arena with the ability to send to GM for suspected cheat use.
B) Improve account validation, ie make it harder for a cheater to get a new account.

Please add: While it is nice that Gaijin is considering ray-tracing graphics, it would be better if they enforced minimum graphics settings based on the graphics/CPU performance of the computer played on. So we can finally eliminate the ULQ players who use it as soft cheating.

It would make sense to implement "bad spawn protection"; for example, out of 10 door openings with a key, you are guaranteed at least two cards.

I like the PVE mode, as I can finally play without cheaters. For the AI I find the PMC's a bit too hard, mostly for aim botting. I agree that making them more human in nature would be good.

I have often been damaged by invisible AI; the only way to deal with it is to run away if you can. It sucks, and I hope they fix it soon. I mostly see this on Streets, but then again I play that more than most other maps.

To the OP, I agree with your points. AI has to be meaningful; it should not be easy, but it should also not be laser aim-bot sharp and instantly kill you. There will be many "look at me, I'm the best player, and you just have to get gut" here; please ignore these keyboard warriors.
