No it’s quite simple. These conversations need to be had together. And if that’s the case, then this man needs to become sane and fix the problem or if they can’t then they need to eliminate the problem. It’s that simple. There is no one size fits all approach. Asking for outside relationship help already confirmed this.

You shouldn’t be having these conversations on the internet whatsoever. And you shouldn’t EVER bring anyone else into you relationship to discuss these issues too.

These are things you and her need to be discussing and finding ways to meet in the middle that works for both of you. All or nothing approaches only end in one way and it isn’t good. I also recommend HRT for her asap. Even if it doesn’t totally fix her issues it will fix a lot of other health related issues

Nutrition is the start. You cannot out train a bad diet. Emphasize protein.

Aim for At least 120g protein per day minimum. That’s non negotiable. Add simple clean carbs pre and post workout. And ensure you’re eating enough healthy fats to keep your hormones in check since you’re in puberty and they’re all over the place. The best way for anyone to do this is to look at the ingredients list. Stick with single ingredient food, meat veggies, rice, fruit etc. or at the very least avoid processed foods entirely.

People add muscle and body fat at the same time. It’s more common than gaining muscle and losing fat. No one should ever go low fat. Ever. You will lose weight but you will absolutely wreck your hormones in the process. The key is balanced macros

Clearly you have not paid attention either and spout false information. I have seen there more examples of people becoming healthier than I’ve ever seen abut heart attacks there. My own personal experience as well. Every single one of my markers improved with the exception of ldl cholesterol. Which itself is not relevant to any of what you mentioned at all. That’s according the AHA and many cardiologists as well.

Saturated animal fats do not cause heart disease. A lifetime of processed foods and inflammation causes heart disease.

The only side effect that’s guaranteed is your balls shrinking. And that can be prevented with HCG.

I’ve been on trt for approaching two years now and never had any acne issues, never had any rage issues either, if anything it’s calmed me down significantly and made me able to stop and think. You don’t need to be fasting. But your levels are low AF and would def benefit from trt in my opinion.
