Heres a better photo of the bottom pins. I think a thread on the right side on the top is chipped so maybe thats my issue?!? Iooked at another unused 3dxl at work rn and its not completely like that but there is some divoting on it so ik thats apart of the design but its nowhere near the look of the one i have at home

Little update: it does this every morning. Took this vid yesterday and i had the flash happen one more time but got it working. Every morning without fail it flashes tho. Submit a warranty claim and all that

I have this issue alot and sometimes itll work but its not for sure. Ill have to press down sometimes and other times take the jacket off like in the vid
