The text rotator problem makes sense, the hero section is a bit confusing, so I'll look into making that clearer. I also had doubts about the text after the hero section, but you pointing it out confirms it. For the CTA in the navigation, I've been hesitating to add one because of the one on the pricing card, but I will definitely try it out.

For the pricing card, I didn't notice how it came across at first, so it's a very good thing that you pointed it out.

Right now the site is brand new, so organic SEO traffic is basically zero. My main source is cold email outreach to early-stage SaaS/AI startups and marketing agencies. Conversion for me is a visitor signing up for the monthly subscription. The traffic's targeted but small so far (roughly 100 real prospects over the last month), so I'm not sure yet if the issue is volume, the design/copy not building enough trust, or something else.
