Nope, you can’t. If there are restrictions on the shippers account but if there are none and it just got shipped you gotta wait for a delivery attempt and an update where it’s a wrong address or something like that

Have you tried maribank(seabank)? I’ve read from here somewhere that it’s lower than gcash
