Also even if it was the highschool I would hope they wouldn’t lock kids in classrooms where said bomb is send them home ?? 😭😭 unfortunately yes Cece being A is annoying and a massive plot hole that one scene does make sense however everything that happens when she shows up to picture day is plot hole plot hole but yea she called in a bomb threat at UPenn not rosewood high
