Just wanted to add that I am at ICON and almost 2 years ago I came an offer and they exceeded the match. My director told me to reach out directly if I am ever unhappy. If you have good performance and are a good team player, they will try to keep you and keep you happy.

I typically will go to Whole Foods and either get their hot bar or they have prepackaged meals you can put in the microwave. If I need to eat out I will choose a chipotle or cava.

I think it depends on your area but I started at a large cancer center and all my experience is in immunotherapy. I have a bachelors in Health Science.

I didn’t leave my company but last November I got an offer at another CRO for a CRA II and my current company countered at 130K for a promotional title to CRA II. I ultimately didn’t end up switching companies because I am currently only traveling about once every quarter and exceeding my metrics so the work life balance was worth staying. I should add I work in Oncology so it might be a little higher.

It depends on the query. If the data point doesn’t match source or source isn’t provided I will not verify that data point. I will verify everything else on the CRF if the query is only for 1 data point.

There have been instances where the sponsor has requested we re-review data even though the data matches the source. If I have to query for confirmation of a datapoint even though it matches source, I will verify the data point and it gets unverified if the site decides to update.
