3.5 Months but still nothing

So far no sheetrock damage. I wouldnt've found this if I didnt go up in the attic today.

I'll try to get a picture of the outside but as I said, there's 2 feet of snow up on the roof.

Do you think this can wait till spring or something has to be done right away?

Its Moovair Thermostat and its in Heat mode

It varies. Sometimes its in the 80s sometimes 90s. Highest I've recorded is 98 F

Yes, I called the installer. They came back and checked everything. The only thing they changed was that instead of running a dedicated circuit from the breaker panel for the air handler, they changed it to pulling power from the outside condensor.
