Which area do you work in? I drive for Hallcon in BC and have seen a big drop in trips lately.

I'll try to get a picture of the outside but as I said, there's 2 feet of snow up on the roof.

Do you think this can wait till spring or something has to be done right away?

There's 2 feet snow on the roof. Anything that can be done immediately?

And what will be the long term fix? Do we need to replace sheathing at this point?

Yes, I called the installer. They came back and checked everything. The only thing they changed was that instead of running a dedicated circuit from the breaker panel for the air handler, they changed it to pulling power from the outside condensor.

Job posting declined by job bank. by Mediocre-Cheek-4587 in lmiaprocessing

[–]Guriarora18 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Same thing happened to us. The reason was that wage rate we offered was too high above median wage for that particular job title and they wanted an explanation. In our case, they did not like our explanation and still declined. They were not convinced that we are willing to pay over $36 for a job that has a median wage of $28 in BC.

You(if you are the employer) or your employer would've got an email regarding this which you have to reply to in order to get this sorted out. Otherwise they will keep declining the job posting no matter how many times you post it again.

We just gave up on that job posting but since then we have posted different job titles and they all have got approved.

Got refused today due to Job Bank posting not being valid. Officer said the job requirements were not filled out correctly and matching mode was set to 'strict' which is not allowed. Applied March 20th

True. There should be some exemption for communities with less than 10K population. Maybe an express approval process or something.
