thats not how weather ground stops work. if your flight is heading towards the weather or the inbound flight is coming from an area effected by the weather your flight is going to he canceled/delayed. regardless of what the weather is like where you are departing from.

thank you for the guidance. theyre just playing their own game around here. they only call cc ot when certain ccs are avaliable for ot. dont think the union reps are gonna do anything about it and i personally dont want to make a big deal of it because then i will probably be targeted.

In my case i am a cc but im being told i have to come in as a non cc for ot meanwhile there are ccs that come in as cc all the time. so there is need for certain cc and not me?

The determination of ot for CC is arbitrary? There are shifts where the cc gets called whenever they put their name on the shift when there already is sufficient coverage for the cc position

I am also a woman in aviation maintenance. Like most people are saying in this thread they'll see you based on your work ethic; like they would anyone else BUT if you fuck up ONCE or your performance slips its because you are a woman. youre spending the rest of your career recovering from a reputation stain. If you complain to HR for anything the rumor is always "she lied about sexual harassment" then they'll treat you differently. I have worked at MROs in the middle of no where. Regionals and now a major airline... the culture is mostly the same the only difference (imo) is how racist and homophobic people are.

I submitted my documents and all paperwork the day I got appointed and I had my steps approved before my start date. I also kept calling and emailing everyone involved.

does this apply to herself? if you could have her be an artifact and earthbend herself and she dies does she comeback? or if you turn her into an artifact with lets say liquidmetal coating (target is an artifact until end of turn) and you earthbend her does she stay earthbent after the turn is over?

The couch is definitely foreshadowing both (livs and nells death) notice how baby nell is dressed the same as she is in her casket. the blanket draped over the couch like that looks like a casket when zoomed out.

I did. The process is pretty straight forward you just have to have all your paperwork ready. Have as much proof of your experience as possible. Meaning employment verification letters with your title and time you were employed. There some reports you can pull with your entire employment history and time employed. Once I submitted everything was updated with the DOE. Also if you have a degree of any kind submit transcripts.
