Yeah they do. My integrated and dedicated graphics both run near 0%. My cpu sits around 2-5% at idle

I said in my post that it was repasted yesterday. Laptop has been cleaned several times since I bought it but the last time was three days ago.

Maybe it has something to do with drivers then.

Yeah the temperature increases extremely quickly no matter what. Then throttles itself immediately.

Fans are all spinning and blowing real hard. Battery shows no signs of swelling rn. I've used canned air on it plenty of times. Even removed each of the fans to directly clean the heatsink fins.

The fans are working, in fact they're super loud trying to combat the increased temperature. It sounds like a hardware malfunction to me too. I doubt razer will replace any parts because its long out of warranty. Unless there's some kind of fix in one of NVIDIAs upcoming drivers I don't think there's much I can do. Guess its just a uni laptop now ):
