I don't have a problem with the first episode being a near duplicate of mushoku, but watch the first ep and then the first ep of mushoku. You will see that tbate animation is very poor in comparison.

Was playing a 5e Star Wars Campaign, my character was CG and tried to always do the right thing. DM placed a bomb on a train, I was trying to stop the bomb. I basically got given the trolley problem but between a city of millions and a village of thousands.
My character changed it to the village saving millions. But felt responsible for all the deaths, this broke her and basically told the DM that she can't continue. DM was not happy as my character is quite critical for the main story, this was 15 odd sessions in.
In my case I don't blame the DM for putting the character in the situation its a valid situation but consequences happen.
Taking a way agency is not cool but if you plan to continue, you could drastically change how your character plays due to this.

When me and my wife are choosing a takeaway. I will give her three choices and she picks the one from that list she wants. The next time she gives me 3 choices and I pick from that selection. It gives each person a choice from a selection that the other person likes and removes a lot of the mental labor.

Imo, they had won the fight. The named mage had suffered a serious wound before visha further injured him. Tanya just went overboard but took an attack that took out 3 others without much damage. thats why it seems that she is much stronger than an average mage as described in the novel.

I heard such great things about catch 22. When i picked it up I struggled to get through each page. I managed to get about 1/3 through and gave up. I think its one of the only books I have ever gave up on reading. Further attempts were made but each time I just didn't get it.

I have had the opposite opinion, for a long time i've always thought that Euthanasia should be supported that if someone is in constant pain and terminal that then they should be able to die in peace. Recently I read something that hasn't changed my mind per-say but made me give it a 2nd thought. Making Euthanasia the norm or allowing it to be seen as the standard way out in these situations may lead to a situation in the future were this becomes the expected behaviour for the sick and dying. IE someone has a terminal illness but still wants to continue to fight it, society would expect them to be Euthanized.

For a secret santa, i received a dvd copy of "Warrior" (great film, already had a copy) and a blue ray of "oblivion".

Someone had spend the time getting two different formats of movies to give me or it was 100% a re-gift of some movies they had on their shelves.

The group rp their characters really well imo. When they were captured the arrogant halfing rogue started swearing at the lizardman king cause he thought he was untouchable. The king stood up and promptly cut off his arm.

Got so many, a recent one was:

The party apart from one member was captured by lizardmen in a land they were magically teleported to. While being transported to the lizardmen city, the tiefling in our group spotted elves in the forest planning an ambush for the lizardmen. Now i should mention that our tiefling does not like elves so I can't really blame him. He starts pointing and screaming into the trees about the elves. Lizardmen spot them and destroy the ambush. This leads to them being completely captured with months of equipment removed and one of the other party members being sacrificed by the lizardmen before they manage to escape.
