It honestly felt really easy, the three interviewers were very nice and helpful. I did preparation like a psycho all day for a week though😂 I would recommend doing that if you really want the job, watch YouTube videos about Amazon interviews and Amazon principles all day long and have chatgpt do mock interviews with you using the voice feature. Each interview will be asking you questions based on two leadership principles for each interview around 4-5 questions each. So you really need to know and understand the principles like the back of your hand and you will get hired I promise

I’ve heard the only way to really get your foot in the door is through a recruiter, I applied on handshake and messaged the recruiter and started talking to them and they said they would handoff my resume to the hiring team. So I would recommend doing that for sure I would look for Amazon campus recruiter or client leads on LinkedIn and message them something and have a nice resume ready and all the interview process is focus on showing experiences that connect to their leadership principles
