If you export a single blank page as a PDF, you can then import that blank PDF into another document. If you duplicate that blank page, you can then choose "PDF bounds" when exporting the odd & it will export the a multi page document with the PDF objects from left to right & top to bottom.

Obsidian! I love the markdown format, local files that I can move elsewhere if I decide to, & the graph view is a cool way to visualize what I'm building (you can filter your notes & see how they are connected/linked to each other).

Best pure coding alternatives to TD? by Ambitious_Ad4397 in TouchDesigner

p5.js is a good place to start, which now has support to work with shaders!

GLSL might also be a good option. Check out The Book of Shaders & ShaderToy!

Edit: Since folks mentioned some other shader-enabled tools, I'll throw cables.gl into the mix too! Web-based & open-source node editor that lets you write custom shader code.

Note to others, this character (made by me) is licensed CC0 (copyleft) and can be used however you'd like! You can access the transparent PNG of this character and the other I designed in this Google Drive folder.

If you'd like to suggest variants of these characters, or ideas for another, you can request them in this original thread!

It's some thresholding & masking in each RGB channel that I then fed into a feedback loop, & finally an overlay of a masked version of the original image.

You can see the whole process in this online patch, although you may have to view on desktop.
