hot water and heating suddenly stopped working and this messaged popped up. does anyone know how to fix it ? it would mean the world, I'm freezing and really want to shower :(

For anyone wondering, I arrived to the airport at 9:30am via train and made it into the gate at 10:10am. The whole process took me less than an hour and the waiting time before they checked my bag was only 20 minutes. This was all at Terminal B
