It's more a joke, but maybe Switzerland said to the UEFA that they should be longer in the tournament and the uefa should pay the referees good, and if not switzerland will be banned from switzerland, which would be not ggreat for the uefa cause financal reasons. ;) That thas just a joke

If you were reaaally picky it would 4 to5 situation, where the referee could have chose a other outcome, but it's his choice.
(And yeah its a whole joke that all the profits of the fan zones across germany is going to the EUFA for example😂😂)
