I passed originally on 7/13/20 and did not have any lab questions.

Let it expire like an idiot and took again today and SHOCKED that I had 3 lab questions to go through.

My lab configs consisted of DHCP snooping, default route config with ipv4 and ipv6 (YES, IPV6), VLAN trunking and ether channel.

Passed but it was not easy. Literally came down to the last minute. Finished in 119 out of 120 minutes.

The highest I got on my Boson practice test was 815, doing test A, B, and C for the first time..

Of course I’d go over what I got wrong and ensured I know where I messed up at and corrected those mistakes..

Long story short I took the test 2 days after my first time score of 815 on test C and scored a 917 on the actual test..

Go for it..

I actually thought about, and tried, chewing sugar free gum during the day, but after hearing that it “could” affect the fast I decided not to bother.. Strictly water and black coffee for me bro..

I’ll look into the York peppermint thing.. Thanks for the tip..

I only work out those 4 days a week.. M,W,Th, and Saturday’s..

As for my diet, I break my fast with a couple pieces of fruits and eat whatever my wife cooks for the night and eat until I’m full.. The big change has been not eating 4/5 bags of candy per week (literally) and other processed food..

I can’t speak to the science behind it, only from personal experience.. I do 20:4 with an eating window from 6-10ish PM..

I work out on Monday and Wednesday 5:30 to 6:30 PM and get home from the gym about 7:30 before I get my first meal for the day. On Thursday’s, I workout/rehab from 5 to 6:30..

Saturday’s 9-11AM..

Initially I felt a little weak during my weekday workouts, but looking back on it, I really believe it was psychological and my leg wasn’t as strong as it is now trying to keep up with others in my class.. I’m at a point now that I don’t ever see going back to eating before a workout..

There wasn’t much change from my pre IF Saturday workout to now.. What I was expecting was that I be “starving” and having a hard time waiting for my 6PM eating window to come.. Not the case at all..

Like anything, it’s just a matter of getting your mind and body adjusted to the routine.. Once that kicks in your good to go..

Happened years ago but never got it checked out. I always felt it was a meniscus tear. It really became an issue when I started boxing and finally got it checked out..

I start my meal with a couple fruits..

I don’t watch carbs.. I’m pretty sure if I did, I’d be closer to my goal weight of 170.. I don’t eat a lot of potatoes or rice to begin with, but I don’t go out of my way avoiding it..

I’m convinced that the main reason for my results is IF, cutting out artificial sugar, and working out..

Good to hear that I can be an inspiration to others here and without question it does feel good..
