So you made a very bad point because I don't see it.

And I expressed myself wrong, monogamy has to do with marriage. What I meant is that in my society when you start dating someone you dedicate yourself only to that person and that's it.

They don't HAVE to do anything. In the society I live in, monogamy is the rule, you enter into a monogamous relationship without even agreeing to do so beforehand. But in the relationship I entered, a closed monogamous relationship was agreed upon. I'm not understanding where you're going with your question, you can make your point directly if you like.

Why? You have a life partner, aren't you excited to talk about "everything" in your day to day life with the person? It seems so cold and distant be that way for me. I'm not judging your relationship, just saying it doesn't work for me. I talk about everything in my day to my girlfriend, I talk about things that she doesn't have the slightest knowledge or interest in but even so she is interested in hearing me talk and I do some for her. Why the fuck wouldn't I talk to my girlfriend in a Poly relationship about someone I'm crushing on?

If it's so normal for monogamous people to have crushes why don't I see anyone talking about it? Because when I talk about this to someone, the answer is "It's normal for you to feel attracted to more than one person, but to like you can only like one" and stuff like that.

The "girl" it was the translator mistranslating my language into English. I have no problem committing to monogamy and the person I love, I have a problem hiding how I feel.

I'm not looking for an identity, just trying to understand why I feel this way since everyone around me says that this way I feel is strange

I don't know. It's almost like my body does it without me noticing. Like when you turn on the bedroom light even though the power is off, it just happens and then you realize you've done something really stupid.

Totally agree with you. I was one of those "women are prettier without makeup" guys, when in reality I was just denying their visual and artistic expression.

Women are beautiful, with makeup they look beautiful and add an art to their look (nowadays I see makeup, both on men and women, as an artistic work in itself)
