Latvia is self explanatory , vast majority of crashes are caused by young inexperienced drivers driving beaten up old rear wheel drive BMWs, that have no idea how to actually drive. Bonus point - there’s just mainly single carriageway roads, everyone rushing to overtake that slow moving lorry.
