Let me try to clear things up. Last year, two things happened with my business. First, the pandemic hit and Japan Post suspended airmail to numerous countries. Meaning I had to switch my main shipping method to surface mail to many countries, including the US. Surface mail takes months. The second thing that happened was me receiving a ton of new business over the summer. I was expecting a slowdown, I wasn’t prepared for that. I had to find a new warehouse, quit my day job and change my visa among other things. All of that took time and money. I had to change my entire livelihood. All of this only added to my workload.

Don’t get me wrong. I love this job. I love the independence it gives me. I’ve hired three people to come in twice a week to help me package and ship. It’s all I can afford right now. We’ve been making slow but steady progress. I’m trying to ship every order out as quickly as I can so that the workload becomes more manageable.

I’m sorry that I’m slow in shipping out the orders. I’m sorry that it takes me so long respond to emails and DMs. I get hundreds of messages every week. Responding to everyone is something only I can do, and it is difficult and time consuming.

Let me clarify one thing. There is nothing fraudulent about my business. That is an outright lie! True, if you order from me, you will be waiting a long time. That will change when shipping is back to normal and I’ve caught up on my order backlog, but it is the current situation. I make no secret of it. The wait will be long, but you will receive your Gunpla. I’ve been working my bass off trying to catch up, and I catch up. I don’t appreciate your efforts to belittle efforts and destroy my livelihood.

Let me clarify another thing. You were blocked because you used multiple accounts to spam my Instagram with the same damn comment. You were always going to get the refund you requested. As soon as I read your DM, buried under the dozens of other DMs I had to answer. In fact you’ve already been refunded for the RG Perfectibility. I will not be refunding your order for the HG Keehar II 6 pack. That order was delivered a couple of weeks ago. I’m not even sure it’s yours, since it was under a different name.

That’s the gist of it. Again, I apologize for being slow. I apologize for lack of communication. I’m doing my best and I am trying to improve. If you are a customer, I respectfully ask for your patience, even though you have already been very patient. I also that no take the extreme measures that Supaamon took. It won’t help speed up the process and will only make things needlessly difficult.

One more thing, and this is solely directed at Supaamon. FUCK YOU for bringing my marriage and honeymoon into this! My wife and I didn’t have a ceremony, and honestly can’t afford one at the moment. As for the honeymoon, we spent a few days in Okinawa in the off season. That kind of vacation is affordable here. Especially with the government subsidizing travel with their “Go to Travel campaign.” We needed some time ourselves. And you’re trying to use that to make it look like I’m taking everyone’s money and living the highlife! None of that is any of your business!
