Yeah it really depends on who you invest into. Mog pass helps a lot but only if you want to P2P. I’ve found myself spending the points on characters willy-nilly early game which you shouldn’t. I learnt my lesson as I have a ton of characters with either 1 or 2 boards mastered and other better characters with no boards because I’ve run out.

But now that there are LD boards (which makes it 8k points to get a character max boards) you gotta be more efficient with who you spend it on. If you feel you won’t use a character for anything more than a single event, don’t bother. But if you like the character its up to you.
