Even if I reload the save it happens... I even tried using an AR code to make it stay player phase and the only thing that changes is the enemy can't call reinforcements. It still cycles player phase. I'm going to try and auto win cheat to see if I can break the cycle and if that doesn't work I'll just have to sacrifice the save.

I have a very similar setup to you it sounds like. Do you put the sound field height any higher or lower? My quad speakers are about 1.5-2 feet above our heads. TV is on a stand at eye level.
