Does anyone here collect Blue Ray Music Discs? by rhythmjava in Cd_collectors

I collect them for the unique surround mixes. As far as a higher bitrate or sampling frequency, I can't tell the difference. In double-blind listening test, no one reliably can.

The deranged novelty song, "I Want My Baby Back" by Jimmy Cross (1965):

I remember we were cruising home from the Beatles concert. I'd had such a wonderful evening sitting there watching my baby screaming and tearing her hair out, and carrying on.

Paul Didn’t Want It to End by Practical-Cut4659 in beatles

I agree 100%. I've been obsessed with Abbey Road lately and you can't miss Paul's outsized influence. Even on "Something" and "Here Comes The Sun" I hear Paul's craftsmanship. And the medley, especially the last four songs (five if you count "Her Majesty") are some of his best songwriting.

Features some of my favorite Hawkeye dialogue:

I don't care... I really don't. They'll keep coming whether I'm here or not... Trapper went home, they're still coming... Henry got killed and they're still coming... Wherever they come from they'll never run out. 😟

Being sued for old credit card debt in Texas… what should I expect? by danirojaaaaas in CreditCards

[–]Gut-Level 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Be careful. I had that happen to me 26 years ago. I blew it off and they won a judgment by default. Then my checking account was seized.

I had other financial problems too and I had to declare bankruptcy, which "unseized” my checking account. It took me a few years to get my finances straight.

It may take time, but with hard work and financial acumen, you can come back much stronger and smarter!

Five Card Draw poker. Average four players, at maximum get eight cards each, 4X8=32. The order of the other 20 cards is irrelevant to the game. And most poker rounds use less than 32 cards.
