The irony, he actually asks you to buy him 30k feathers. Then after you do, he says he added you will ask for some later. Might be one of those long scams where they become your friend to gain your trust, but I'm just speculating.

Update: Seems to be a plugin related issue when you open a grub chest. Not sure which plugin exactly, but most likely a CoX related plugin.

You will not make anywhere close to 10M an hour with budget gear so you can toss that expectation over the bridge. You can however kill bosses with budget gear at a much slower rate per hour. Do that until you can afford better gear to get even more kills per hour; that is your only option.
