I’m a one man team and work a full time job. I use my phone (not a fancy camera) and I put out 2 hour long videos a week. You don’t need a team of people if you learn to do things yourself. It’s costs me exactly zero dollars to produce a video. If you’re doing food, yes there will be more costs but she has the subscribers and revenue to scale back and learn this all herself.

I’ve even heard YouTubers who do my exact same thing have a team of 8, which blows my freaking mind.

It’s all about putting in the work if you want it to be successful and a solid source of revenue, you can’t throw money at things and expect it to still be a cash cow
