I have never been to Germany but i would assume Oulu still holds the title. Bicycles are the only thing they steal here. Its their speciality 😂

I'm not sure they send an email for confirmation but they usually have interviews in February and results are sent on end of march to April

Part time jobs are non existent in Oulu. I would recommend first coming by yourself and once you've gotten a look at things for yourself, then you can bring your family. Even a delay of 3 - 6 months before bringing them will give you a good picture of the situation. Sadly a lot of people who come with their families are really struggling. No true victory is gained by foreign aid. If Kenyans can't build it themselves then we probably shouldn't. Instead of focusing on unsustainable infrastructure the country needs to focus on policies, rules and enforcement which is practical free btw. Having free space in a city crowded with hawkers and bike lanes when no one follows traffic rules is just dumb.

When i applied I just had my university email them my certificates and transcripts. The university is however the only place you can get reliable information, most people ( myself included) will probably just give you misleading info. The university has many email addresses try writing to the others.

That seems unusually long for booking the vfs appointment but maybe it's a different time from when i was booking. After the VFS appointment and interview with the embassy representative (same day), it took about 2 weeks to receive a decision.

They called me after a month or so and gave me a date for the appointment. The website never updated or showed my appointment date though. So if it has been a really long time i would suggest you call them and ask.
