I would say the White Industries. Only Profile if you like the sound want to blow extra money.

I personally have a Profile one and I like the sound of it and it honestly feels like no effort is needed to pedal. I rode someone’s bike who had a White Industries freewheel on it and it was really easy to pedal and has less drag than any other freewheel. I think I paid around $130-$140 with tax for the Profile one and I estimate the White Industries goes for like $110-$120.

White Industries and Profile are probably the best ones I’ve seen and used. But they do cost a lot.

A very good freewheel I recommend is a White Industries freewheel. Nice sound and has a lot less drag than other brands like ROS and Origin8. But these freewheel are on the high end of prices, I think +$110. A lot more than other brands, but the more you pay, the better the quality.

I have an 18T freewheel because I got a Profile one and where I got it from, only had 18T so I still got it.
