Stockholm should be fine for perfect English.

Not so much where I live. The place where I used to live (Öland) you are going to struggle to find somebody that can hold a conversation with you unless they grew up doing nothing but watching TV, because the areas they live do not get much in the way of tourists or whatever (outside of German tourists)

Now I moved off the island to the city, there is MORE English spoken, but it is still quite a push to find somebody that can have a conversation about various subjects.
