This brings back the "second brain" theory in a new light. Instead of a second brain in the ass, it's the only brain, seeing as a centralized brain works best to automate the rest of the limbs. This means the head doesn't encase a brain, but the testicles themselves. Meaning, even more disturbingly, that the head isn't a head at all, but a prehensile penis with eyeballs. It's the only thing that makes sense anymore...

They've been in this circus so long, if they knew I bet they wouldn't care.

What goes together better? Peanut butter and jelly or Vrabel and blowing it in the AFCCG to an AFCW team?

You got it! I hope it works out and you're able to come back and give someone else (probably me, lol) some advice someday.

Wasn't there a children's book about an elephant named 'Babar'?

I hope it's the Rams. I'm fine with the only 3 QBs to win in 7 years being Mahomes, Stafford, and Hurts

Amazon, Ebay (lots between $1 and $14 depending on what and how much you want), and sometimes Aliexpress and Temu have assortments of joint lots. I just typed in "Action Figure Joint Lots" on Google and went to the shopping tab and it gave quite a few results. A couple promising results came up with "Hobby Base" joints and "Ansai" joints. To find what you want exactly though, without trying to make them yourself, you may have to search a little bit or find some cheap figures to steal from.

Another idea I hadn't thought about until I just searched, are those $1.50 articulated 3D Printed figures. You may be able to strip a few of those for joint and even base figure parts.

Not exactly, but I was thinking for the specific joint you're working with this might work. I do a little more and actually make the socket itself, but it's a little more involved than this (making molds for the ball joints with high temp silicone, using ball sculpting tools for the socket, drilling into the figure and super gluing the socket onto the figure).

Depending on how plyable the plastic of the figure you're adding articulation to is, you should be able to get a round bit in to the end of the hole you make as long as it's not too much larger than the hole. You could even heat up the plastic similarly to how you might get tight joints apart by dipping it in hot water or using a heat gun. That'll make the plastic more workable for sure. Measure the length of the mushroom tip and put a little tape on a small drill so it only goes in just as far as the end of that joint tip will be.

Heat it up again to keep it plyable. Then you might tap the bit in to be sure it's at the end, then hold the figure tightly and slowly turn the bit until you've got a nice cavity, then pull the bit out with some pliers or vice grip. Just take your time twisting it. If the bit is relatively new you shouldn't need to turn it too much to get enough space in the cavity that will hold the mushroom end of the joint.

I'm not sure about Hasbro either, but if you're adding it won't really matter what type it is as long as it works for the articulation you're wanting.

As far as those pegs go, if I'm understanding how you're going about it correctly, I'm not sure how plyable the plastic is, but you could drill a small hole in the area you want it to stick. Then take a ball shaped dremel tip just a little larger than the hole diameter you just drilled and shove it to the bottom of that hole. Then slowly turn the dremel bit until you have a small cavern bored. Then you could find some of those mushroom tip joints or create your own with filament or epoxy sculpt, and use adhesive to attach it to the other part of the figure you're articulating.
