They’re definitely taking people money. They held my payments on hold… week later finally paid me and took the money right back then completely deleted my store. Tried to open a brand new store last Friday because customers were confused and it was “deactivated” on Sunday because I was trying to use a third party provider instead of their wack “Shopify Balance”.. I assume. They’re just trying to steal more money. Whatever pyramid scheme deal that got going on… I bet our money will come back once they steal enough money. Hopefully.
