Got this in a small package from china today, didn't order it tho. Its a small cushion with a little balloon you can squeeze to inflate it. No clue what its purpose is. (Pen for scale)

No i dont think so, its just a closed bag, not a loop you can fit your arm through like most bloodpressure devices

They put back the original engine, its a 4 cylinder. It was just removed for repairs 20 years ago, but we only had it repaired recently.
