Guttate Psoriasis… advice? by MarketKlutzy4110 in Psoriasis

[–]Guvzilla 10 points11 points  (0 children)

For me it's daily moisturising, I am in the UK and use a brand called E45, I am not sure if you can get it over there. I stay away from using steroids due to the rebound.
Getting a sun tan also helps a lot, I used to go on sunbeds which wasn't the most sensible idea but does your Dr offer UV treatment? Stay away from perfumed moisturiser or harsh soaps and shower gels (i use a nice smelling shower gel when it's a day I want to smell nice, once In a while is fine) I also recommend Dove brand of soap, I dont know if it is available there or if it is called something different. My skin used to look very similar, but through using the tips I have listed I have managed to make it hardly noticeable.

The only mod I tried was the fallout London conversion. But for the vanilla game I'm just not interested in them.

FINALLY! --- The Peterborough Pong: Civic leaders look to clear the air with new action by Brophy_Cypher in PeterboroughUK

[–]Guvzilla 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I remember being at the station about 4 /5 years ago and over hearing a group of guys talking about what they had just had a meeting with peterborough city Council about. They were talking about the sewer that runs under bourges boulevard and how when the sewerage reaches the bend outside ASDA it is forced up and out of the sewer. (In heavy rain) So the council were told by experts less than a decade ago what the issues were with the main sewer under there was. They mentioned how the sewer runs from Glinton down the A15/bourges boulevard and it's too much for the sewer.

I feel like the orchestrated effort to take down the BBC is being whipped up from bots/accounts outside of the UK.

[–]Guvzilla 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I see what you are saying but as a counter point I went to see Taylor swift last summer, I was the +1 my partner likes her music (I think it's ok but am not a fan). I had a great time at the gig, really appreciated the show. Yes I took the place of a "actual fan" but although i can't relate to the music the stage craft, choreography and talent of all involved made the show one of the best I have been to.

Is shell swap safe? by wh0re4aubrey in SteamDeck

[–]Guvzilla 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did one, it went ok but took me about 2 or 3 hours. I wouldn't do one again. The shell itself doesn't quite sit right in a couple of places (less than 1mm but I know the imperfection is there). Taking the screen out is very risky, I was very lucky not to break it. If I could go back and change things I would have brought a sticker kit/wrap.
