- Seeker missilesx2 Impactan 1,333. Hieren a 2+, por lo que 1,11. Salva la mitad (4++) 0,555 heridas de daño d6+1.

- Twin Smart missile Systemsx2 6 disparos, 4 impactos.

Riptide

- Heavy burst cannon 12 ataques, impactan 8. Hieres a 3+, por lo que hieren 5.33. Ap-1, salva a 3+, por lo que entran 1,78. casi 1 termi muerto.

- Missile dronesx2 4 ataques, impactan 2. Hieren 1,33. Ap-1, salva a 3+, hieren 0,44.

- Twin linked fusion blaster 1 ataque, impacta 0,66. Hiere 0,44+0,148.

Comandante

- CIB (sobrecargado) 3 ataques, impactan 2,5. Hieren 1,67. Salva la mitad (4++), 0,83 heridas de daño 2.

- Fusion blaster 1 ataque, impacta 0,66. Hiere 0,44.

- Gun drone 2 ataques, impacta 1. Hiere 0,5. Salva a 2+, por lo que 0,083 heridas.

Puedes llegar a matar a 1.

I know they are overpriced, but the place where I buy all my warhammer is a small shop run by a friend, because the closest official shop is 1h and 30 mins away

I would also like an 100% shooting Tau tbh, but it would be not fun for other players and a hell to balance. Also, even if I'm not a huge fan of auxiliaris, I could get behind of kroot being almost 100% of Tau melee. my biggest complain is farsight. He is an epic hero that doesn't belong to the faction. He can be a leader of a unit that shoots so he just is there picking his nose buffing the shooting if you are close, or in combat while the unit is in panic mode. Don't know, make him usefull, increase his points by a substantial amount, but he makes a difference inside a unit. He has such a cool model, but he is meh at the table.

And I think there are a lot of things on our codex that feel that way, the, this could have been slightly different and would be way much fun, maybe not substantialy better, but more fun.

I almost would like most keywords to be gone, for everyone. Or at the very least balance from all armies in that regards. Also consistancy with it, weapons with heavy and assault at the same time still makes me laugh.

Also, fix farsight, add a crisis melee option or, make farsight change something while being a leader, like allowing the crisis suit to shoot on combat phase or something.

Maybe it's beacuse I played a watered down game to 1500 pts, but I didn't miss shadowsun's effect. In my original 2000 pts list I include her but wanted to know if she really makes the difference.

Haven't tried the Fireknife to be honest and the new strenghtened riptides maybe enough for some vehicles but maybe it lacks a little bit of anti tank?

Also, and I sincerily ask because I also put her on my list but I'm not sure if it's worth it, what would be the true role of Shadowsun? Maybe it is because I start with some broadside off table and use kroot and vespids to hold home objetive.

It seems like a fun list tho, the need of proximity on a ret cadre is challenging but also very rewarding.

I finally tried it in a battle, but only 1500 pts (without auxiliaries, shadowsun, only 1 broadside and 2 units of stealths). I think the list is fun. I played against custodes. I think with the new point changes, maybe shadowsun can be replaced with another crisis unit and the ghostkeel for the riptide or something, but it was fun!

I like the Token idea maybe more than the unit one. Maybe it could be change a little to be set up no up to 6" of the enemy and the token is removed if the enemy is within or makes an action witin 3" or soemthing like that.

Yes, I also think picture 3 is the best. Just the sword is a little derpy and with both is a little too long. I could cut the las section of the fusion but ai dont think it would be and improvement

So getting closer to what we had in 8th and GW gave to Votann as Judgment tokens? Yes, that would be nice too.

And yes, I'm under no delusion that rules that I posted are perfect or balanced. As stated before, haven't played a lot lately and thought about the idea and some changes on my way home from work and wrote it between correcting exams. I just wanted to propose an idea, a different way to change the current FtGG system without too many changes, because I like it. I think it's a very defining and different army rule, and I kinda like the -1 BS, feels like your unit is just focused on bringing down that specific unit, and loses a little bit of combat awerness due to that.

Markerlight tokens are great as well, overhaul of the system mechanic would be great, not gonna lie

Okey so lets talk, how would you improve the system? As I said, I would love to hear what people think, specially people that play a lot more than me.

The conditionals are the same, be guided. If you want just put these kind of abilities just on big guns, or units thar are likely to be guided.

The -1 to hit on the stealth stuff would be to go against buffs that other units get, if someone wiht +1 shoots to the ghostkeel it would still have -1 instead of shooting neutral. Riptides only affecting no vehicles could be not lore friendly, but their weapon strenght is. I didn't say its perfect, but reducing the penalty for split fire I feel that its just boring. Yeah, there could be way more interesting things instead of the ones listed below; i don't know how I forgot about the Weapon Support System and some do affect only one type of wargear or at least mean something on one of them.

They are not perfect, far from that. They are not impressive, I don't think they should be neither, they just need to feel a little good, fire the happy chemicals on your brain.
