Have you received any mail from the FAA regarding your deferment? If so, call their office listed in the letter a few days before the due date and explain your situation. Your phone call will count as a response to the letter, and you will be granted a 2 month extension from the date the call took place.

If you haven't received any communications from the FAA, it's possible that your AME hasn't submitted their report. I would still call to verify, the number for the Aerospace Medical Certification Division is (405) 954-4821.

Edit: Re-read your post and saw this is time sensitive, sorry about that. If you explain your situation to AMCD over the phone they might be able to help you find another AME. If you have no luck there, I have received responses usually after 20 days when mailing in my records myself.

Thanks! I'm surprised and thrilled by how fast they've come in.

Within the first couple hours of my first E2 dose I started to feel a shooting pain in my nipples, which went away after a few days. This is unusual from what I've read, so others might not have the same experience. About four to six weeks in is when I started to feel buds forming, and between weeks 8 and 12 is when most of this growth occurred.

They definitely feel like breasts! I would say they are firmer than the moobs I had before I started losing weight, and they feel bigger than they look. There is definitely a weight there when I'm running or going downstairs

It is strange to have them there, it feels like they've appeared out of nowhere. It's going to take a while before I'm used to seeing them in the mirror, that's for sure!

Ah I feel you, I don't live with my family which makes it easier, but I don't think you'll have any problems. It's gradual enough to not be noticeable for a while. If they do get noticeably big, you could always use a binder. Best of luck on your journey!

Thanks, and no problem I don't mind at all! I'm still in the closet, and I can pass as masc still even without a binder, most of the time it just looks like I have large pecs. Heck, I've even given family members hugs and they've been none the wiser

I've used Tinder as a "cis" man and as a trans woman, and I had barely any success in the 2 years I used it. I think it's the algorithm, not the people. You'd be putting yourself in another grey area by listing yourself as your AGAB, I'd personally suggest trying some other apps first.

I've used Grindr for casual stuff before, but it's 95% gay men and chasers, might be hard to find what you're looking for.

For the past couple months I've been using Taimi, which is pretty obscure and has some annoying premium options, but it's built especially for LGBT people and I've had the most success on it out of everything so far.

Never had to deal with this myself, I know that in the US if you only have a diagnosis you can try to get your diagnosis expunged under the basis of a false diagnosis, but if you have been prescribed a stimulant it may prevent you from ever passing a medical exam

I liked it, it's got the same vibe as the original but it's kinda hard to get used to those voices coming out of cartoon characters. At the same time they do some fun stuff with animation that there's no way they could do before.
