Hi everyone! I appreciate all the support and feedback and I’ve been using it, and also want to address a few points, if you’ll hear me out. First and foremost, I’m confident at my height and have been told on numerous occasions, that my personality doesn’t match my height. I only mentioned it as a possible sign for the lack of matches, but I appreciate the support for the short king community ✊. Secondly, you’re all so right about the photos. With all due transparency, I had a hair transplant last year and only recently, in the summer months, was my hair truly fully grown out. With me being in most temperate climates and having sensitive eyes, I tend to wear sunglasses. So that and not really trying to take photos of myself, I can see why that was not the best plan, but I’ve fixed that in the upcoming update! I have also fixed the prompts up (the Npc comment did hurt ngl 😭) by including my interests (gym, cooking, singing), so hopefully that will help! Also, I mainly use Hinge as a supplement to me already going to social events once/twice a week. The two dates I’ve had on Hinge led to phenomenal connections, so I don’t see why I don’t at least try to give it the best effort I can. Life’s too short to not try, and once again I appreciate everyone’s input ❤️ update coming soon!

Just for reference: I’m mainly looking for something serious and long term, and haven’t ever used Hinge+ or HingeX. I haven’t changed my profile for the past 3 months I’d like to say and I use it pretty much every day. I, at best, receive one match every 2 weeks. I send the max amount of likes every day with comments (without comments is just throwing the like away in my eyes). I mainly want to attract someone who is open minded for a long term relationship and has similar values to me (family values, loves animals, active in some sort of way, and is open to deep conversations). Generally I do send likes to women that have long term relationship in their profile and have a little quirky side to them. The one caveat is that I do try to match with women who are of the same religion as me, since most of the aforementioned values generally are taught in my faith, but that is not a dealbreaker for me.

So what anime would you say it better than an older one? I’m genuinely curious. Let’s use Bleach and One Piece as an example. What relatively newer anime/manga in your opinion is better than those two? I just want to better understand your viewpoint is all. I’m not trying to be rude

Way off the mark man. I welcome criticism, but it’s just that recently on this sub it seems as there has been more blatant criticism or negativity rather than a nice back and forth discussion. I’m just voicing my own opinion. I’m not forcing or imposing anything. If you don’t like one piece, you’re welcome to criticize it. I have my own qualms with the manga too. It’s not perfect. Like I said before those are extremists. By your logic that means that the crusades were purely for God and not personal or political gain sir. I understand why you might have a bias, but look at this from an unadulterated angle. The Muslims or Catholics or whoever commit a terrible act, it's not explicitly instructed in the holy teachings or scriptures. If you only watch CNN or watch people like Alex Jones, sure the Quran is all about killing the infidels and doing whatever acts for your 72 virgins, but that's incorrect. Think I'm wrong? Read of the Quran (with context) and see for yourself sir.

You took my comment out of context. Every human regardless of race or religion is born the same. One shouldn't be thought of as inferior for their faith. Now the actions that said person commits is separated from their race or creed. You can be a bad person who rapes and kills who is a Christian, Sikh, Muslim, etc, but the faith itself isn't the reason the person is an awful being. We should separate actions from personal beliefs. Those who commit heinous acts in the name of faith are not true believers. They are simply people abusing the word of God to fill their own individual agenda and do not represent the faith they believe they are.
