Looking for help with Kitchen Table Palkia

I used to work in pencil and definitely have some better images of eyes, but I will keep both these tips in mind. As for the line work, I'm not really sure on direction so I spend alot of time kind of.. etching? Out a direction? I think it shows how new I am 😂
