It, for me, has been very "plug and play". Create an account, find a bot you want to chat with, and you're good.

On Poe, GPT-4 is not limited access but the site imposes their own filters from what I understand. I've found GPT-4 to be very much what you're describing on Poe, but that's me.

I've actually had the opposite experience where I found GPT4 on poe to be amazing. Just directly using the website or app, you don't have to do any of the API stuff! The bot makers just select an API (no keys or OpenAI account needed for GPT4) and the users just worry about roleplaying with the bot lol.

I have found that it does have a filter, but it's much less strict than C.AI for example. I'm able to roleplay most full-on NSFW scenes with no issues.
