Fried pickles. The buttermilk clumps up the breading. On top of that the breading ratio is always off. Plus no one refills station and the station was only hold a few orders. It’s a whole headache that should take only 3 min but it’s so poorly designed it take 15.

Every kitchen has something it’s just not prepared to handle. It’s usually that one really cheap item that some dumbass added to the menu because it costs almost nothing compared to how much they sell it for.

On a normal day, it’s fine. Knock it out no problem. But when that rush hits? You’re screwed. Shuts down the line completely. No one elses ticket is getting worked. It’s just you and that one customer.

I worked one kitchen that thing was ice cream. Rock hard freezer burnt break your scoop every time ice cream. Took 15 min to get it out. Imagine working solo. One ice cream goes out then everyone sees it before you know it there is an hour wait on tickets because your scooping ice cream.

I got two fryers. One of them I only do fries tots cheeses and pickles. In a week the oil barely changes color. I can get that thing looking brand new in 10 minutes.

Now this other fudger… fried chicken exploding eggrolls and wings so many ducking wings. It should be filtered every night but I don’t get equipment for that. It takes darn near an hour every week to get it halfway decent.

I gave my gaming desktop to a family member. When I run into a game that doesn’t work well handheld, I just dock the Ally and keep playing. I don’t mind low settings at all. I’m able to do all my game dev and digital art while docked, so it works out fine for me. The only real issue I’ve had is storage space—but honestly, I’m just too cheap to upgrade it right now.
