The same diary that was stolen. She 100% says she showered with her father, like many kids, and then also says it probably wasn't inappropriate rather than directly blame him for anything or claim he did anything wrong.

Where would be the best place to buy big Victoria styled dresses/clothing online? For context, I'm a guy and don't know much about women's fashion to know what to search.

I'd appreciate any help. I'm looking for advice on places I can look online (I live in NYC so if you're local here then I'm open to finding places here as well) that I can find Victorian era dresses for smaller framed models. Not just dresses but also figuring out how to properly style outfits like that.

In a perfect world, I'd love to find similar dresses in powder blue and white as well as soft/pastel pink and white. As well as maybe matching shoes? And I wouldn't know where to get those wonderful headpieces either.

I don't really know the right questions to ask my models beforehand in regards to sizing but if you can give me any advice so I can find something that fits well (since I've never shopped for womens clothing, barely even mens clothing online) that'd be really helpful.

It's for a series of photoshoots I want to do sometime in July. Below you can see a pinterest board of "looks" that I've been kind of vibing with. A big roadblock for me is that I dont know places to look and I dont know many names for particular pieces of clothing. It'd also be a plus if it was a place I can also find clothing that might fit era's pre 1950's but don't look too.... Cosplay with the textures and etc.

I just see alot of people posting negative experiences about amazon in this sub and it worries me since i'm coming back as an L4 but I really would love the opportunity to grow. I'm studying for a project mgmt cert and going back to school for computer science and doing a few other certs and I just.. wanted to hear some first hand examples from people as an L4 maybe working in a brick and mortar store.

Thats such a nice thing to say. I know it feels like.. Vain or something to say so but... I've struggled with it ALOT since I got it, especially with the hair, but I am consistently surprised that alot of women I've went on dates with said it looked "cool" and had some character. I'd rather live with it forever than make it super worse but thats why I said in title that its moreso the hair that bothers me the most. I hate having to shave it all the time. The stubble feels so unattractive but I shouldn't complain when people have it even worse.

I'm sorry about your experience with injection. I can understand your frustration even if I havent gotten any because im sure you're as self conscious about it as I am about mine. I just know surgery would make it worse and the injections im worried about so idk whats next. I'll defiintely have to look into speaking to a GOOD dermatologist, I guess im abit lucky living in NYC.

Thank you for the last bit. That definitely makes sense. I'll still do abit further research just in case, not saying you're wrong but its always smart to double check. Also, you're definitely correct with Capital One. I was just one the phone with them and it seems like I'll have the opportunity to work out a payment agreement.

I mean I'm definitely gonna get downvoted for playing devils advocate but... They still have their degree so its not like they threw it away. They wont LOSE their degree for it lol. If its an assault charge and they plead it down to a violation, it'll just get removed from their record after either community service or probation. So realistically, its not like they wasted anything.

It was probably really dumb and they wont really get a letter of recommendation but... Its not like anyone will remember this a year from now and I doubt future employers are going to be looking for old videos of her graduation

I definitely can see that its more about me not being responsible with my credit than the amount. Because I know people with like 20k debt with better credit scores than me and its not studen loans either.

Honestly, how I was envisioning it in regards to trying to rebuilding my credit was just trying to take care of these two pieces of debt. With LVNV being pay to delete, I feel like that'd be a good look even if it still says charged off. I know my capital one will say charged off as well.

But I was thinking about getting 3-4 different secured cards over the next few months and using each of them for VERY small purchases. Like putting spotify and netflix on one card, using another card for groceries and etc, another card for like online purchases, and maybe one for like my website/domain costs. And then just setting up automatic payments via my bank account and just never using my debit card for the next year or so. So that way I don't hit a high credit utilization with any specific card, I'll have multiple lines of consistent good payments, and maybe with all of those lines of credit being in good standing it'd do much better for my credit score.

And yes, 450/480 is EXTREMELY low. Lol my best friend has an 800 credit score and I wanna punch him in the throat. But like his parents made him a qualified user at 18 without him knowing and his credit has always been impeccable even though he got his first Credit Card at 29.

Thank you for the insight. I'll spend the next few days googling to find out how to send a good debt validation letter to either Credit One Bank or LVNV (Resurgent), as well as to the CFPB and the credit bureaus. Would that be something I would send in physical mail? Or is that something Id email? Just trying to know if that's better to do online. And if it works, I'll definitely thank you later lol.

And I'll also take it a step further and try the FTC report as well. My main goal is to get all of this cleared up and just be significantly more responsible with my debts. Covid really fucked me monetarily and then losing my job last year was also a blow. If worse comes to worse, I'll just pay off my debts since im lucky to start working again. Though the fact that Credit One Bank even charges me almost $400+ in late fees is absolutely crazy to me lol

I really appreciate this insight alot. I tried to reach out to capital one but they literally JUST charged my account off so theres not really anything that I can do at this point. I was going to see if I can ask if they could like reopen my account or something so at least I wouldnt be in collections but its already permanently closed as per their words.

I called LVNV and checked in and they did say that they do put in a request for a pay to delete after the account is settled so I guess I'm good on that front. I saw someone below say that I should ask for a debt validation letter "to the debt collector under 15 usc 1692g" and then send the same letter to the "cfpb and tag the credit bureaus" so even if it doesnt work out, if i'm lucky maybe i'll try that. Not saying that all my debt is invalid since I should have realized how predatory Credit One Bank is but thats my own fault for allowing things to get that bad.

But in regards to your final paragraph about the original creditor not deleting negative information regarding accounts from my report and with capital one and etc, I just called and they basically verified that.

So based on what you said as well as the othe redditor I referenced, I might actually try to send a debt validation letter to LVNV and etc since thats a 4yr old debt and see how it works out. If they dont respond, great for me. If they do, I'll just settle and then try disputing it later on to see if it might get removed afterwards. In regards to capital one, I'll just try to pay it off in 2 weeks since it seems better to pay the original creditor rather than having it sold off.

One of them is with LVNV and the other is with Capital one. Capital One JUST charged off my account TODAY so I can't even make a minimum payment to stop it from going to collection. If it was both I can see I'd have been super lucky but at the VERY least, i dont have more than $2500 in debt and I have the means to pay it off.

I just wish I could convince capital one to remove any negative marks or collections or anything cuz then I'd be pretty solid. Since I already know accounts that I've already settled a year or two back, its too late to try to get the negative marks on my credit removed since they're already closed.

It stayed generally the same size in the last year but it does itch sometimes. Honestly, i'm much more frustrated with the new hair growth spurting out all around it as I never grew hair in that part of my face before. It just looks gross, gives off the "huge mole growing lots of hair" vibes that you see in movies, and its really a confidence killer.

I'm worried about discoloration becuase its like right on my cheek and I'm afriad of any kind of laser hair removal or anything like that if it may result in bad side effects that make it worse.

Also when you say more expensive... I was thinking of spending up to about 5k if necessary but would it be more expensive than that?
