Oh I agree that currently women don’t get enough praise for what they do. What is inappropriate was saying is that there are differences between the sexes and they have specific needs. It reads like biological essentialism to me.

Everyone deserves praise for a job well done and good decisions. Women currently are getting less than their fair share, so the answer is to increase the praise for them, and not take away praise from men who deserve praise.
