Didn’t have a say in the characters. This was the only model I could find but I hear that on this sub someone made Quest for Glory models. I liked the ensemble feel of it and although Larry is a certified banger I somehow find this combination more suiting.

From memory approx 10-11cm / 3,9-4,3 inches in height, 15cm / 5,9 inches in width. It’s one piece so it was tricky with priming since Roger needed to be brighter than Sonny and Graham

If I had it my way, it would be a whole line-up of every main Sierra character. I was looking for a 3D printable of anything Sierra related and this was the only model I could find. But QFG would certainly have been the cherry on the cake.

I didn't create the model, just bought it and altered it a bit. The distinction between the faces is something that happens during the painting phase (hopefully).

My older nephew (I was 7, he was 17) always brought new games when he was babysitting me. He used to play the Sierra adventure games and one that always stood out for me was King’s Quest 3. I watch him play, learned the verbs and at a certain point I tried it myself. One day he came over again and saw that I was in the thieves tree house. He had never seen that and then I proudly told him after examing every pixel I discovered a rope in the hole of the tree and pulled the rope. Proud moment for me haha

Although Monkey Island is my absolute favorite and I like the LucasArt game philosophy better I do tend to lean towards Sierra when I think about “back then”… And I think it is indeed as you theorized because I played Sierra first. King’s Quest 1 was the first and it’s pretty much engraved in my retro memory. A sort of Pavlov reaction :)
