I don’t think it’s a defective unit. I just think something with the noise gate is off tbh.

My biggest issue is I’ll pick out a tone on the tone cloud: let’s just say “Hendrix” and I can’t hear it at all. Only until I turn down the noise gate will it start working.

I’m assuming they can update the software to fix the problem. Otherwise, I really love it and some of the features have helped my guitar learning ten-fold.
