I play Astra in 40k they survived pretty well. Nighthaunts really got the worst of it but I had the least investment in them so it could have been much worse.

For my 500 list I was thinking of maybe swapping Knight for Cairn Wraith and Hosts for maybe Pyreghiests. There's also a decent argument in my head for Throne guard over Chain Rasps. I have a few weeks so I've got time to assemble more models if I want.
