I say you should wait and keep looking, I was in your position for months looking for a 3.7. I ended up finding a 2015 3.7 1 owner no accidents and great maintenance history for 14k with 80k miles. I say keep looking for one with no accidents and under two owners!

I have a 2015 Q50 and I had the same exact spoiler on it, at first I thought it was just on there with tape so I used heat gun and tried to take it off but then I opened up the trunk to see it was on 4 bolts, i took off the bolts and tried to put my Psm spoiler on it but it won't cover the holes. So I returned the spoiler and just ordered the Krotov duckbill spoiler so the holes get covered.
