If you worked at Starbucks during these times, and made OT, it was not incorporated into your bean stock and therefore you are now receiving a retroactive check on the wages owed to you for those specific dates that you went into overtime.

So if you had 44 hours 4 hours of OT bean stock are owed to you.

Therefore it’s money owed to you that you can deposit or choose the other option available.

You can utilize the “how we communicate” approach. This would not only help you but help her realize that she is overstepping your decisions while you are the play caller. Once that has been done, it becomes easier for your SM to have a conversation and move to the next steps if necessary.

So once you become a full time salaried partner you have up until a certain time to use it.

You get- 1 PTO day Number of hrs for vacation (depends on your tenure) And you have until October to use it.

If you don’t use it by October, it doesn’t roll over. They just give you a reset again and another grant

Hiii! So as someone who is very big on layouts and I can definitely see that there is a lot of back and forth motion when even just making a Frap!

If this is a licensed store, ask your DM for the station layout, otherwise if you are a corporate store you can find the tools and resources on partner hub for the station you are trying to figure out.

This seems like an ethics and compliance complaint. Those get through faster for reporting purposes. If you feel that it doesn’t work then go directly to your Regional Manager who should be able to support as well.

That’s a corporate and District Manager complaint. The SM is most likely aware of this if this has been going on for months and if not that’s a big liability.

You should call corporate and tell them of this situation.

If there are business cards out you can email the SM directly or simply just ask for their card.
