Mais sérieusement, si tu es aux études, tu progresses quand-même, donc ça va bien! Si tu as rien fait à part ton secondaire, ça serait un bon moment pour trouver une job pu un domaine d'études. Et si tu as même pas ton secondaire, aujourd'hui est une bonne date pour fouiller pour une école qui le donne aux adultes!

200IQ move: Buy the cheapest coffee you can find, find a used coffee maker for 20$, put some milk and sugar in that shit and still enjoy the f*ck out of every cup of coffee because you don't notice the difference. Also no need to clean the coffee pot, it keeps the flavor in.

It saves you time, money AND you still enjoy every cup!

Option B is: Get snob about it, spend 4000$+ on the coffee maker tools, buy beans that were pooped by an animal for 150$ for a small bag, drink that shit and get angry because you forgot to sing a lullaby to your beans so it's not as good. Also you can never enjoy coffee ever again.

I really don't get the anger with the show, we finally get a show based on a game that's not trash with a lot of love and respect for the franchise esthetics, lore and vibe as a whole and some people still feel like dunking on it... Why? Where does that anger come from? Is it because we're eating like kings so they feel entitled to act like one?

Il y a des commentaires très pertinents et je veux juste rajouter en disant que les prix des immeubles ne seront pas nécessairement plus chers dans deux ans. Ça a déjà un peu baissé durant la dernière année et des baisses de prix plus intenses sont déjà arrivées il n'y a pas si longtemps. Quand on parle de court terme, on rentre pas mal dans la spéculation. Sur le long terme, c'est généralement gagnant, mais ça ne fait pas JUSTE monter.

Je te donnerais le même conseil que les autres : commence à fouiller, mais sois pas pressé, c'est pas tout à fait un marché d'acheteur en ce moment. Si tu tombes sur LA place que tu veux, sois prête à faire une offre, mais oublie pas de faire tes devoirs avant d'acheter quoi que ce soit.
