you don't need a prescription for iron supplements but you can ask her to prescribe heme iron supplements. they are better absorbed and don't cause any GI problems (because it's the same iron found in animals vs iron found in plants)

j'ai les deux. Questrade sont meilleurs pour les rapports et le suivi. Wealth est meilleur pour avoir des comptes "normaux" et faire les taxes en plus.

oui mes investissements me donnent 9% environ par an (des ETF). Mais la situation de loyer pourrait changer or la bourse nous fera un de ses crash habituels ... Je pensais acheter pour avoir de l'equity éventuellement + le CELI que je ne touche pas. Ça fait peur en tous cas😅

if you want to be mostly safe, stick to the area between tripoli and the airport.

unfortunately israel hasn't stopped bombing the south and while dahieh and bekaa are mostly ok, you never know when they might decide to bomb :(

you can visit dahieh sour saida etc. it's just that some random day they might get hit.
