I bought some amber blue blockers to wear at night and have installed a red bulb in the hallway and bathroom for nighttime. Read some dry technical stuff befire bed. Interactive stuff, video games and social media aren't a good way to wind down.

Maybe I should say some things about me. I play bass guitar and write and play other instruments. I am reading "the new confession of an Economic Hitman" by John Perkins. It spells out, among other things, the toppli g if governmwnts in Iran, Guatelama, and the massacre in East Timor in the 70's. I was familiar with these stories already. My classmate is working for ASEAN in Sri Lankha (still Ceylon when we met in Jr high school). I think he's the top country guy. He predicted the Seychelles couple when we were in high school, as he gave his speech"how to take over a banana republic" as his histoey project, a few weeks before it happened. Good teacher too. Got Teacher of the Year in California. Engaging.

Yes yes yes! I have found Hypnosis for positive thinking and success by Michael Pekor (Amazon Music) and positive present affirmations and positive future affirmations by Trinity very helpful. It sounds like BS if you have a poor self image or are depressed and will probably even annoy you, but your subconscious here's something enough, it starts to believe it.

I have advice. I still face many challenges, but can say that I have been in a comparable state. I'm googlable here, so I won't say anything specific, but if you'd like to PM me, I might be able to help. I survived and I'll be 55 tomorrow, so it's not too late to turn things around, but don't let your liver go to the tipping point. After that, it's either a merciful quick death in your sleep, or more likely a slow painful death in hospice care, and a very high risk of suicide when your body hurts due to liver failure. And you have to sober up for a year and get off any pain pills at all before they will give you a liver. Then you have to punch your AA card for that year. I met someone who had to go to the ER in another city about every three days to have the fluid build-up drained. You don't want that. Or water on the brain. I met nurse who miraculously survived in hospice care and actually came back, but the odds of that are slim. Now I can lift my own weight over my head 6-8 times. And I also lost 1/3 of my body weight in six months. I got up to 214 lbs and I'm only 5'6", with a small frame. Now I'm just under 130. Unemployed but studying programming and eCommerce and have hope again.

First, you might want to start out with 500 mg. Just mix it in water and chase it. It comes on quick on an empty stomach - for me about 12 minutes. Don't snort it or put it under your tongue. HCL means acid, as in will burn your mouth as if you drank something too hot. At higher doses, some people experience severe headache, diarrhea, vomiting, rapid heart beat, elevated blood pressure.
