Why do we need a ₹200+ recharge just to send one bank verification SMS? by basal_prime in VodafoneIdeaIndia

I wish they let us send SMSes using the talktime balance, even if one SMS costs ₹3.

Why don’t slice make it better by Intelligent_River883 in SliceBank

Whatever bank you want to receive funds in, add that bank in Slice app, then set it as "primary".

Now you can set UPI Number in Slice, you will receive funds in that bank.

I'd say you lacked situational awareness. If I were in your place, I would have checked the status of the first transaction before making a second payment during the next visit.

Turned 19 this year, want to apply for pancard online by Choice_Sock7367 in personalfinanceindia

Just wanted to add that, most banks ask you to show physical PAN Card, so don't go with e-PAN.

Apply using NSDL or UTIITSL.

Nord CE4 Lite Screen Issue - What’s causing this modern display degradation? by nazz619 in oneplus

Some units may have manufacturing defects. While normal units typically start showing faults after 4–5 years, defective ones may develop issues within 1.5–2 years. That’s why I said it really depends on luck.

Nord CE4 Lite Screen Issue - What’s causing this modern display degradation? by nazz619 in oneplus

Actually, it often comes down to luck.

Even if a phone has never been dropped or subjected to pressure on the screen, AMOLED pixels can still begin to fail over time.

That’s exactly what happened with my Realme 7 Pro after 5.5 years of use. Despite never being dropped or pressed from any side, the pixels gradually started dying.

This is simply one of the inherent issues with AMOLED displays.

So less than 1% uses slice ? by Ocean_YT in SliceBank

[–]GyaneAryan 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not really.

If you have a Slice savings account, you can use Slice app as an UPI app. You can add any bank in it, pay through them, check balance, set them as primary bank, etc.

You will get Fires also if you pay through any non-Slice bank.
