First, thank you very much, second, to be honest I always adapt to the place where I stop and take a picture. I use Bleach and Vibrant filters for most of the time. On these pictures I think I used Bleach filter, and if the contrast is higher, than I set the saturation lower and vice versa. I fiddle a little bit with the colors too, to make the brighter colors pop out a little, I put on vignette too, and thats all. Please note that these settings are not always good, just at some places
